Monday: 10 miles @ 6:52 with 101 temperature..... it's not HOT ENOUGH!

Yea Hopefully i can crawl my way out of this one!
I think I've lost 4-5 lbs should be at 135 did 12 at 6:54 and the last 6 death march at 7:28 lol
