This blog has been dormant and it's about time I start posting again. The main point for doing this is accountability. I will run a marathon this fall and my goal is to run a sub 2:45 marathon. Where do you think I should go run one? SUGGESTIONS!


This week runs.

Sunday 13 miles at 99 degrees 80 crunches 20 push ups
Monday 5 miles easy 80 crunches 20 pushups
Tuesday 8 miles at 7:14 98 degrees felt like 110  + 80 crunches
Wednesday off no run
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
