Tuesday:  ran 3 miles at 7:20 pace then 5 miles (5:39,5:39,5:43,5:45,5:41 only 21.2 left to master) then 2 miles at 7:27 - overall feeling GREAT! total miles 10

Thursday: Why is it that when I feel like crap I usually end up with a good running day? I dread doing 1000's repeats!! 3 mile warm up 8x1000 with 200 meter jog (3:12,3:13,3:13,3:14,3:13,3:14
,3:11,3:08) 3 mile cool down total miles 12. Looks like the 3/4 weeks of threshold running is paying off, my times are slowly coming down without even trying! Gotta Keep Pressing!
