Maybe it’s my fault
maybe I led you to believe it was easy, when it wasn’t, maybe I made you think that my highlights started at the finish line and not in the gym, maybe I made you think every race I won was easy, that my speed was built on flash and not fire, maybe it’s my fault that you didn’t see that failure gave me strength, that my pain was my motivation, maybe I made you believe that being fast was a God-given gift and not something I worked for each and every single day of my life, maybe I destroyed the sport or maybe, I’m just making excuses
Finally!
Well FINALLY I changed my layout! I'm stoked that that my blog looks semi professional! hehe Anyways for those of you that are wondering what the heck is going on with me? I've gotten e-mails, text, msgs, phone calls and even my sponsors are wondering what is going on?
First of all I had a corneal transplant on Dec 20, 2012 and the doctor hasn't released me! I'm currently just doing an hour of cardio on the bike! I'm suppose to be doing power walking! Yea I know bummer! Look down below for some power walking tips
by the way I stopped doing the power walking because a) raining B) long and boring
It sucks knowing that you can't run or jog! These last few stays have been a pain in the butt since I got nothing to do buT lounge around, but guess what? I have a doctor's appointment on Friday and hoping to hear good news! In the hope of good news I'll be putting some bike time these next couple of days! I hope your training is going good! Keep on pounding those MILES! :)

Sunday: Nothing just watched the Cowboys lose again!
Monday Dec 31, 2012 I didn't run just counted the miles I did for the year! Lowest mileage to date!
Tuesday: Jan 1, 2013 I went and did 4 miles walking at 12 min pace
Wednesday: It was raining and couldn't do anything outside.
Thursday: I did 20 miles on the stationary bike in 50 mins
Friday: 20 miles on the bike 50
Saturday: 20 miles on the bike 50
