Monday: 5 miles with 2 sets of core workouts +8 miles in the evening
Tuesday: 5 miles + 8 in the evening + 2 core workouts
Wednesday: 11 miles @ 6:45 + core workouts
Thursday:
5 miles fartlek and hills
Friday:
4.5 am and 12 pm 2 core workouts
Saturday: 6 miles ITB and core
Total: 82
