Monday: 7
Tuesday: 6
Wednesday: 30 min bike 200 crunches am 8 mile run pm and 200 crunches pm
Thursday: 30 min bike 200 crunches am
Time to get my ass to work! Gotta lose weight ASAP at 144 lbs when I was at 128 two months ago! WORK HARD! 8 mile run
Friday: 7 miles in the a.m. 200 crunches and 5 miles pm
Saturday: 30 min bike 200 crunches
