Go Negative!
I wish I had advice! I think I'm the only one of my friends not racing it this year. bummer. I would be concerned with NOT gunning it the first 10 miles or so. From what I hear that part is pretty flat/downhill. Save just enough so you can still lay out some sick miles in the middle/end.
also, click on my zensah post. I'm giving away $50 compression socks this week. My slacker friends won't even sign up to follow me!
Best of luck in Boston!!! We need your bib number too!
Benny: I hope you are doing well. I would like to say that this is one of the blogs I follow. My advice would be for you to take it easy the first 3 to 4 miles and hit miles 5-16 at a good clip. Let the first 4 miles go you won't win a thing there! Once you get to 17-21 barrel your time and be patient you will lose some time but go get them after mile 21! Good Luck!
