Trying to do twos days to get my ass in shape I didn't run for about 6 weeks. I'm up to 16 miles long run this coming week I'll put an 18... I'll be in good shape by nov, I'll probably run a marathon as training. 2:25 in 2012 ain't happening it might happen in 2013 ;) keep on predding
